Existing clients receive 2 waived Hot Shot or Rush Fees each month. After the second the following fees below will apply. We do offer clients the opportunity to hire us on retainer for the very fastest services and turn arounds they need in addition with dedicated support and personalized designers at your disposal 5 days a week. Normal updates or services for a web site, and graphic changes turn around in less than 24-48 hrs. New projects of any kind will be added to our production schedule via the Creative Director or Project Lead. They will build a scope of time that suits your needs and updates that is a win-win for all parties. Note: Asking for your project to be placed at the front of the line will have the following fees applied to their invoice or will create an addendum to the invoice.
HOT SHOT DELIVERY = Deliver Within 8 hrs. or 1 full Working Business Day
Hot Shot Fee: $15.00 or 15.0% of total
RUSH DELIVERY = Deliver Within 24 hrs.
Hot Shot Fee: $10.00 or 10.0% of total
REGULAR DELIVERY = Deliver Within 36-48 hrs. or 2 full Working Days.
Regular Fees: Depend on the scope and complexity of the endeavor. All rates are based from the 55.00 to 120.00 an hour. General web-site hourly rates are 65.00 to 75.00 an hour. Our graphics fees start at 45.00 an hour. All fees are hourly based or fees are quoted in advance with a contract per the project scope.
*All client updates that are scheduled and planned for in advance will never receive a Hot Shot or Rush fee!
