New One Web Page Designs (Basic):
Clients are responsible for supplying and sending all pre-formatted text and images to be use in the new design. Please ask your account manager for more details. In some cases we will ask you to scan and email your detailed layout thought directly to us prior to giving an more exact time of delivery and costs involved.
Normally, the web design layout is designed and put into a temporary directory and sent to you within 1-2 days. In case of urgent order you will receive the webpage in 24 hours. Rush - Hot Shot Orders will have additional fees. See below.

**Existing Web Pages: Our goal is to full fill your text, content update requests within 12 hours (during business days and weekends are excluded unless previous arrangements have been made). If you need to make some graphic modification, it may take more time, up to 24 hours all depending on quantity and scope of the images or complexity of the asked job.
