Note: Client is responsible to send all pre-formatted text and images to be use in the new design. Please ask your account manager for more details. In some cases we will ask you to scan and email your detailed layout thought directly to us prior to giving an more exact time of delivery and costs involved.

** Existing Graphics or revisons: Our goal is to full fill your text, content update requests within 12 hours (during business days and weekends are excluded unless previous arrangements have been made). If you need to make some graphic, structural or layout modifications, it may take more time, up to 24 hours all depending on quantity and scope of the original document/s or complexity of the asked job.
