I have seen an Administration Fee on my bill before. Why?
a Ninth Commerce Group does not charge for conference calls incoming or outgoing, technical support, first meetings, account maintenance, or server upgrades and ongoing security updates that protect your private information. Also, this fee covers the costs of administering your online account. Instead, a Ninth Commerce Group's expenses are recouped by adding an administration fee.
This fee also helps to offset many minor labors costs that could be passed onto our customer in regards to professional services, 24/7 Technical Support, data center seasonal employees, Registrar fees, occational third party service increases, and programming hourly rate increases which have have not gone up in 5 years. a Ninth Commerce Group discloses all itemized charges so there is no question what you are paying for.
If you prefer to receive paper invoices, there will be an additional administrative fee of $2 per month. We are an online company, and would like to stay as digital as we can. This helps reduce waste and keeps us environmentally focused.
